LINKHUB24 TERMS OF USE

ARTICLE ONE (1)-Acceptance of Terms

At the point of signing up on the platform, various rules and regulations coupled with the terms of usage of the platform are found directly on the face of the platform. This ensures that no one signs into the platform without being allowed to make their choices.

If a person proceeds to click “Sign Up,” it means these terms referred to above were read, properly understood, and digested and that those terms do not breach their rights in any way. Therefore, clicking the ‘sign up’ button means you have read and accepted the Terms of Use of Linkhub24.

ARTICLE TWO (2)-Platform Access and Use

The purpose of LinkHub24 is to create an online avenue where goods and services can be advertised, bringing people and businesses closer and making finding goods and services easier.

Linkhub24, an outstanding online marketplace, creates an avenue for Listing, discovering, connecting, and purchasing products/services. Linkhub24 is to be used solely for legal and lawful businesses irrespective of the country of origin and location of the subscriber.

By proceeding to ‘sign up’, you have automatically agreed to use the platform for legal and lawful purposes only. Having in mind the fact that what is legal varies from country to country, before putting up any material, goods, or services on the platform, such material, goods, or services must be legal and open to be used for business purposes within your country and the country of the probable consumer.

Without prejudice to Article 2 para 3, the following are prohibited on LinkHub24 as they are practices/acts internationally recognized as illegal and fall short of the standard international practices:
Using linkhub24 to engage in fraudulent acts.
Posting illegal materials, goods/services on the platform.
Posting information capable of instigating the public against one another or the people against the government.
Posting stories and news capable of disrupting public peace.
Posting the availability and sale of harmful objects i.e. rifles, ammunitions, bombs, etc.
Posting of false and misleading listings.
Posting of materials, goods, and services that may violate the intellectual property rights/copyrights of an individual or body.
An act capable of interfering/Disrupting the normal, regular, and smooth operation of Linkhub24.

ARTICLE THREE (3)-User Account

To be able to use LinkHub24, you are required to create an account and fill in all the information requested.

Part of the information that will be requested while signing up includes a username and password to enable you login into the platform in the future.
Please be notified that it is your duty and not that of Linkhub24 to maintain the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

If there is a breach of your account due to unauthorized usage of any sort, report such unauthorized use of your account to Linkhub24 within two (2) hours of noticing the breach.

Linkhub24 cannot be held liable for any breach or unauthorized use as we do not possess any of your login details.

ARTICLE FOUR (4)-Listings and Contents

All Users can post listings on the LinkHub24 Platform to attract customers and consumers of such goods and services.
Whatever is posted on the Linkhub24 Platform retains the ownership of the original poster, which means, you retain ownership of the content you submit.
By posting a listing, you grant LinkHub24 a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content solely to operate and promote the Platform.

ARTICLE FIVE (5)-Transactions and Payments

All transactions made through the Platform are between the buyer and the seller.
LinkHub24 may or may not facilitate payment processing but it’s not a party to the transaction.
Users of the platform agree to resolve disputes related to transactions directly with each other.
Without prejudice to Article 5 Subsection 2, Linkhub24 can mediate as an unbiased umpire when there is a dispute between two users but if only consent is granted by both parties.

ARTICLE SIX (6)-Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Errors are bound to happen just like every other internet platform and when these errors occur in the form of a system glitch or downtime, Linkhub24 cannot be held liable for such errors either expressly or impliedly.
These errors include but are not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of listings, or the availability of the Platform.
LinkHub24 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or free from errors, or other forms of downtime and when this happens, the platform cannot be held liable for such error.

ARTICLE SEVEN (7)-Limitation of Liability

Without prejudice to every law in place in Nigeria and other standard international practices, LinkHub24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.
These liabilities also involve but are not limited to damages resulting from user-generated content, listings, or transactions.
Users are also to bear their profits as no one from Linkhub24 will ask them for a share in any of their profits and gain.
With regards to Article 7 sub-article 1,2 and 3, all profits are to be enjoyed by the users inasmuch as the loss and liabilities.

ARTICLE EIGHT (8)-Customer Data and Privacy

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
To enable your subscription to the platform, LinkHub24 shall request your data such as name, email address, payment information, and other necessary details.
The provision of this information on our Platform is a direct approval and permission from you to us to have access to your data.
The data provided by you may be shared with a third party strictly for the purpose of improving the platform or when a legal authority demands so.
LinkHub24 has the right to use your data for the purposes of managing your account, processing transactions, and improving the Platform.
Your data may also be used to communicate with you about updates, promotions, and other services offered on the Platform.
We may share your data with third-party service providers who assist with the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processors, analytics, or email service providers).

ARTICLE NINE (9)-Indemnification

By signing up on the platform, you have agreed to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkHub24 and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

ARTICLE TEN (10)-Termination

Upon the breach of any of our terms and rules, LinkHub24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account thereby limiting your access to the Platform.
The suspension and termination of your account can be done at any time, with or without notice to you.
There might be a warning to you if you violate any of our terms before the said suspension/termination of the account.
We may also choose to proceed with the suspension/termination of the account without recourse to you.
The punishment of suspension and termination of account is dependent on the gravity of the terms breached.
Be notified that Upon suspension of your account, your right to use the platform will be restricted until the suspension is lifted but upon termination of your account your right to use the Platform will immediately cease and all use of the platform by you is abruptly brought to an end.

ARTICLE ELEVEN (11)-Modifications to Terms

The terms of use as made out herein are susceptible to change and modification from time to time by LinkHub24 without giving notice.
Any modification done will be posted on this page with its effective date.
When modifications are posted and you continue the use of the Platform the changes, such continuous use of the platform after the modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

ARTICLE TWELVE (12)-Governing Law

The Terms encapsulated herein are to be governed mainly by the laws of Nigeria and all other international laws that are applicable within Nigeria.
Disputes arising from these Terms and the use of the platform shall only be entertained in Nigerian Courts.
The parties can also use the ‘’Alternative Dispute Resolution” if both parties consent.
