PRIVACY POLICY FOR LINKHUB24

ARTICLE 0NE (1)-Aim of the policy

1. LinkHub24‘s privacy policy aims to create room for respect and protection of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is geared toward explaining how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard subscribers’ data on the platform.

1(d) To communicate with LinkHub24 users and send important notifications, updates about our services, and marketing communications when you opt-in or subscribe to the services on the Platform.

1(e)  One of the aims for the collection of data of our users is to enable us to monitor and analyze usage patterns, protect against fraud, and safeguard the integrity of our platform.

1(f)    Another reason for the collection of the data of our users is to comply with laid down rules and regulations, applicable laws, and legal processes.

ARTICLE THREE (3)-How We Share Your Information

1.      LinkHub24 does not sell or rent users’ personal information to third parties. However, the following situations might warrant the share of your personal details:

1. LinkHub24 may in the following circumstances and situations retain your personal information and listing details:

1.  For as long as your account is active.
2. For as Long as LinkHub24 provides you with our services.
3. To comply with legal obligations.
4. To resolve a dispute of any nature.
5. To enforce agreements entered between you and LinkHub24.

• In the event that you choose to deactivate your account or delete your listing, LinkHub24, may retain some information for a period as required by law or to ensure proper service continuity.

ARTICLE FIVE (1)-Your Rights and Choices

1. As a user you have the right to retain the following personal information, including:

1(a). The details to access and upgrade your account are solely within your knowledge and LinkHub24.

1(b). The details and powers to opt in and opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or by adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings.

1(c) The details and powers to contact LinkHub24 to request the deletion of your data. Note that certain information may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

2. In accessing these third-party sites through LinkHub24 you may encounter some of their privacy policies.
3. Concerning Article 7 Sub Article 2, LinkHub24 encourages you to review all their privacy policies to have a grab of their policies.
4. LinkHub24 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites accessed through our platforms.

ARTICLE EIGHT (1)-Children’s Privacy

1. LinkHub24 is not a platform intended for use by children under the age of 13.

• LinkHub24 will not knowingly collect personal information from children.

• LinkHub24 will delete any account when it becomes aware that such account was opened by a child under the age of thirteen years (13) and has provided us with personal information.
